Who we are

Trent Marketing Solution ("TMS", "we", "us") is a trading name of Solara Grace Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15837011). Registered office: 18 Elvaston Road, Nottingham, NG8 1JW. Solara Grace Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

• When you contact us by email, social media message or WhatsApp: your name, contact details, business name and anything you choose to tell us about your enquiry.
• When we work together: the business contact details, account access and information needed to deliver our services, plus invoicing details.
• Business contact information from public sources: we may collect publicly available business details (such as a practice or gym's name, website, Google Business Profile and published business email address) to contact businesses about services that may help them.

We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, any patient, client or medical information.

How we use it and why

• To reply to your enquiry and provide any free audit you request (our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us).
• To deliver services under our agreement with you, and to invoice and keep records (contract and legal obligation).
• To contact businesses about our services (our legitimate interest in promoting our business). Every message includes a simple way to opt out, and we will not contact you again if you ask us not to.

We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We only share information with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our website and email host (Hostinger), and the social media and Google platforms you choose to contact us through. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Client records and invoices are kept for 6 years to meet tax and accounting rules. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal note of that request so we can respect it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit. Google's privacy policy explains how it handles that information.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@trentmarketingsolution.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
